Vehicle Mount Dome Patent granted.

Under the Patents Act of 1977 and Patent Rules of 2007, Mercer CCTV are granted patent serial number GB2442269 effective from 21 April 2009.

The grant of the patent is expected to be announced in the Patents Journal on 20 May 2009 and the patent specification will be published on the same date.

The Vehicle Mount Dome design ensures an uninterrupted 360 degree view with the added benefit of rapid redeployment, a powerful tool which can be utilised in a multitude of applications by a large number of services. The dome is integrated into one of the most popular hazard warning light bar's on the market making it suitable for use with a wide range of vehicles.
